sig ep's pgp drought?

cause they suck-- regardless of their "pgp" their tailgates will always be full of geeds. but really, they're in a weird spot in the tiers where their egos won't let them be pgp with a sorority below like ADPi/DG but no one above them like axo or skrappa would want to go down a tier for PGP to be with sig ep

and ADPI and DG both have frats they like better so Sig Ep is fresh outta luck
