Not much change w/ the upper tier frats. Honestly impressed with ZBT after winter rush. They're solidly large and have a good PC, esp with the TKE merge next year. DU and SigChi got good winter PCs, bumping DTD below both. DSig did awfully winter rush

May have seen the size of pledge classes from sign in day and compared it to previous rankings?
I wouldn't think to trust him, except that he's correct that DU and SigChi got good (well large) winter PC's.
