adpi or tridelt has best location but kappa and axo are decent
phi and skrappa have worst location
best quality of houses is tridelt skrappa kappa

zeta is good for architecture and is in the middle of all the frats

The Kappa/AEPhi/AXO block is pretty tough to argue with for location, unless you're in Ross, in which case, Tridelt

I would say location wise adpi is better than tridelt because its close to both campus and the frats but appearance wise skrappa can't be beat

ADPi because its right in between campus and the frats, plus its close to all of the food and going out places near south u. They have a nice house on the inside too.
