Apparently Sigma Nu is taking over Pike's house next year. I'm thinking that if they throw a ton of open bangers and darties and all on that property that by the end of the year they could easily rise to middle or upper middle tier. Thoughts?

Heard from a few of their new members this is confirmed. Fall 2019 Sigma Nu will be in 700 Oxford.
