senior activity
by: CuriousAre seniors as active in Greek Life as underclassmen? I have been hearing that frat seniors don't come to as many mixers/opens/late nights and frat seniors are even less active. True? Why or why not?

No senior is really that active in any house. By the time your senior year rolls around, it really hits you in the face that your time here is coming to an end... and quickly.
You literally count down how many days you have left of your final Welcome Week. Then you count down every single tailgate until the last. You'll see so many girls crying at the final tailgate because it is their last.
Then you are trying to land a freaking job for when you graduate, or doing the LSAT, MCAT, etc...
All in all, your time is quickly ending, so instead of trying to make you social group larger, you make it smaller. Every minute is precious so you want to spend it with your absolute closest friends. That's also why upperclassmen tend to have their own tailgates and you don't care who is in what house. You have out with the girls who you are best friends with, and you live with them as well. In our house, we have girls that are in 3 different sororities. It just happens. You'll see when you are a senior.
