do pgp matter?

Do PGP really matter? I like like, they are basically for just freshmen and sophomores. Come junior and senior year, you already have your crew that you hang with you and you just go to one of their places before the game (if you even make it to the game).

There are so few juniors at the official PGPs tailgates, and never any seniors.
