How/when do frats ask sororitys to be pgps?

Depends on the fraternity and sorority. A lot were know from the beginning of the year (like Phi Psi going with Alpha Phi and Theta Chi going with Kappa). I would say a little less than half of sororities have been asked as of now. The rest will be asked anywhere from mid-January to mid/late-February.
