If ADPi needs additional members, it's extremely unlikely that they will hold public rush events. They're more likely to quietly give a bid to a freshman member's unaffiliated roommate or friend.
Alpha Omicron Pi (new colony) and Phi Sigma Rho (doesn't participate in formal recruitment) will probably hold public informal recruitment events.
If you're interested in joining a sorority in the winter, contact the Panhellenic officer in charge of recruitment. She will share your name with chapters who can contact you if they're conducting informal recruitment.

Phi Rho Alpha is not sanctioned by Michigan Greek Life. The chapter does not belong to a council and its members don't participate in Greek-wide responsibility programs or philanthropy.

NPC sororities do not simply take 'whoever' as new members. Neither are all groups 'forced' to take new members until they meet quota.
Sorority Membership Selection is based upon scholastic grades, social affinity, and other private categories which vary by group.

It is true that aoii cut a lot of girls from their recolonization rush (ones I know with 4.0 gpas and social involvement) and are now begging for members with winter rush. The above poster is probably someone who got cut, but they did cut a significant number of people considering it was a recolonization.

they took into account girls who were showing up to rush events. a lot of girls technically rushed who hadn't come to any events or showed any interest and those girls were cut, they wanted girls who would give aoii the time that recolonization needs, which is a lot

Hello! There are a variety of sororities that are taking interested girls on the lowkey to meet quotas including sigma kappa, chi omega, alpha delta pi, zeta tau alpha, alpha epsilon phi, sigma delta tau, delta phi epsilon, and alpha omicron pi! There may be more but there are the ones that I am aware of, best of luck!

There were previously many sororities that were planning on doing COR as last semester's total was very high and most sororities did not have that number. Recently though total has been decreased by like 15 so most sororities now already over total and are not eligible to winter rush. AOII will likely bc the only one. Good Luck!
