Tru dat, okkkk, but I doubt Pi Phi went to the trouble of ranking PC's at Minnesota MSU etc. Doesn't mean Alpha Phi has a lousy pledge class. Somebody took note that Pi Phi had a good pledge class. Of course just because a mid tier gets a strong PC doesn't mean houses are switching ranks. That takes more than one or two PC's.

Hmm...such negative responses to a merely factual post reporting on an independent third party's evaluation. I'm not a Pi Phi. I don't think it's more than a mid tier house, and most on this site seem to agree. However, the need to tear down a nice honor suggests that some are threatened. In other words, these negative responses confirm for me that at least some rivals view Pi Phi as a house on the rise. Sorry guys, but for whatever reason they were ranked--not you.

So what if Pi Phi improved from low mid to mid? Really not saying much. They finally got a couple (not the whole PC!) hot girls, but let's not get carried away.

ok you KNOW those ranks can be written by anyone...No way in hell a sorority PC like Alpha Phi isn't on list but Pi Phi is lol
