Is this because in-state Michigan girls aren't attractive enough or they just aren't polished enough to get bids or once a house because mostly out-of-state they just favour OOS girls more?

Honey. In state girls and out of state girls are the same, nobody is more polished or attractive. What a weird question to ask.

I think the better/more attractive sororities at Michigan are more well known therefore they're the most sought after and get the most attractive girls whether they're in or out of state. People come in knowing their name and competing for those sororities.
