Phi did not do that well. Their girls may look good but they were not the girls that all the houses were going after. And at least one of the houses that you mentioned did not lose even one girl to Phi so I'm not sure you know what you're talking about.
I don't really care about their rank and you can put them wherever you want. But if you mention other houses by name, expect to hear from them if you get your facts wrong.

Agreed. Usually the top three compete with each other but most of the girls who went phi got cut from the other two
