what is second round ifc recruitment like?

I didn't get a bid this semester and was informed of something called 2nd round fall ifc recruiting. Can anyone shed light on what that's like?

Smaller frats / new fraternities are participating in second round rush. Mostly houses that are growing.

Are recolonizing fraternities easy in terms of pledging?

Joining a new fraternity is not for everyone-its a huge gamble. you should contact fraternities and ask them if you can participate in late rush-a lot of frats offer this. There's no need to make a hurried decision because if you end up joining a new frat and hating it-you're pretty much screwed
