by: hiAs an upperclassman in a sorority here, looking at this website is not helpful for recruitment decisions. If you're going to rush at all, do it with an open mind and join the house that you (not your friends) feel most comfortable in and are able to find girls that you would've been friends with before joining a sorority. You could hear gossip about literally any of the houses, and I know, it's not fun hearing people whisper about a house you really liked, but tune it out and go with the conversations you've had overall. During rush, you'll hate houses you think you'll like from this website and love ones you didn't expect to love. Don't be afraid to pick a "lower tier" house if you really liked it but have heard gossip, and the same goes for "top tier" houses if you really liked it but are afraid of any pressure to party. There isn't a huge difference between any of the sororities. Every house has heard their share of stereotypes. Every house parties. Every house loves their philanthropy. Remember, the houses you get back each round are the ones who specifically wanted to invite you back to see if you fit their sisterhood. Go with your gut and decide for yourself which house is best for you. Now plz get off this website and enjoy the rest of your summer.
