I'm going here next year and I have a question. I had heard that Theta got kicked off then I heard that they all joined another sorority. Can someone tell me what really happened? I didn't think you could join another sorority if you were already in one. Right?

there's already a ton of posts on this you probably could've just looked back but anyways the theta pc15 was never initiated so they never "joined another sorority." they were never theta. the older girls are simply no longer Greek affiliated because they were initiated and once initiated you cannot join another sorority. pc15 has since joined aephi

Word to wise. Greek life is under a bunch of scrutiny and common knowledge many Scrats and Frats have had their troubles and no longer here. The past culture has got to go or a few more may be added to the pile.
If your a new freshman tell your friends that rank should not matter. Go with the place you feel the most at home if you decide to rush and hope for the best. Things are changing in Greek life. Be a part of the good not the crap.
The past does not work anymore.
