rushing sorority as sophomore
by: umichHow difficult is it to get into a sorority as a sophomore? Is it weird especially if I rushed freshman year and dropped?

To be honest, most of the girls probably won't remember you from last year since we talk to so many women every day. The one thing I would say is that if there was a house that you got a bid from and then dropped, either put your best foot forward (if you've changed your mind about them) or maybe don't go to their parties because that could get really awkward really fast. Normally I would never tell someone to purposely skip a sorority's rush parties, but in that case it may be better for everyone.

You will be dropped from recruitment if you purposely miss a party on your schedule. Just be polite.
