Zeta Psi way down, TKE way up, AEPi down, Sig Chi down. Other than that, good job with ranking all the frats!

I agree with Zeta Psi down one. But TKE is basically dead, without Theta on campus or as their pregame partners, and SDT still unable to mix, they will have no one to mix with. Phi Psi just uses them for their house and money but TKE is pretty much dead, especially with ZBT back and going to take their house back from TKE in a year. AEPi might not be the same level as Phi Psi and OX but they are better than Pike/Fiji. The same with Sig Chi, they aren't the same as Chi Phi and Phi Delt but they are above DTD,DU and Delta Chi. So its more of a limbo stage

Phi Sig is taking their house back from Delta Sig, the one near Alpha Sig. Delta Sig is moving into the temporary house that Delta Chi had this year. They are still looking for a permanent house.

They used to own the house that DTD pregames at the corner of State and Hill a long time ago but they sold it. Either way, they don't have a permanent house

We don't need a hundred different tiers to fit each fraternity. Plus every year another upper tier frat kicks the bucket and a new frat comes at the bottom.

These rankings will change by next week and the week after that, and the week after that and so on, and so on and so on unit the Fall Semester begins. I figure there will be at least 12+ more rankings from now until Mid/ Late August. And the funny thing is that all the rankings will be different from what you see above.
