new zbt - whats up with them

Im a freshman who wanted to rush but didn't have enough money to pay dues. I just got a great paying gig this summer and I'm lookin to rush next semester, wanted to know what ZBT was up to now that they've colonized.
Are they mixing with any sororities this semester? Are they lined up to have a decent slate of mixers next year? Do they have a decent house?

I'm a frosh in DG, we had one mixer with them, they were pretty chill, seemed like down to earth cool guys. I think were mixing with them again this semester so that's good, they are just starting to put together a social schedule so everything is basically up in the air but everything I've heard about them is pretty positive.

Socially they're making moves, have had events with DG and Alpha Phi already, have stuff in the book with those as well as ChiO, Zeta, SK, and DPhiE among others.
Will have a good house next year and lock down 640 Oxford (TKEs house) junior year and onwards
Not sure about their social schedule next year but based off what Ive heard about this year it should be good

when you start a new chapter you have to have 1 mixer with every sorority lol. It is IFC/Pannhel mandated but they were sober and no1 showed up

That's exactly what it is. ZBT person comes on asking question like he's not in a fraternity yet. Several ZBTs follow and pretend to be interested independents too. Then more ZBTs show up pretending they're sorority members to say how good ZBT is. The thirst is strong and obvious with these awkward losers.

Fam you and the dude below you needa chill. I'm the OP and I am in no way affiliated with ZBT. Can't speak for the others but I think there's a lot less systematic self ranking going on then y'all on this site think there is

Usually, newly colonized fraternities don't mix with sororities. I guess it's possible the comments on this thread saying they've mixed with a ton are real, but that's highly unlikely. There are just so many fraternities that they need to have at least some sort of a reputation before they're even really on a sorority's radar.
That being said, mixers aren't the only reason to join a fraternity! If you're really interested in Greek Life, and you think that this fraternity may be the one for you, check it out!

New frats take years to build social reps and no sororities want to mix with them at first - even if they used to be good. What sorority wants to be known as the first to mix with a new frat? It kills their social standing. There's a 0% chance ZBT has mixed with any middle or upper sorority and they're clearly just trying to drum up noise

i mean we literally had a mixer with them and have another one before the semester is over, I guess we're not middle/upper tier

even though the sororities they have socials with seem all over the place and random, I can attest that this post is accurate^. Even though their social with APhi is kinda like how DG has socials with the christian frat.
