Kappa Kappa Gamma - ΚΚΓ Sorority Ratings at UM

Before I actually met a girl in this sorority, some guys kept telling me how girls in this sorority were very mean and rude. My experience with them turned out to be the exact opposite. Every kappa girl I have met is undeniably sweet and genuine. In fact, I'm one of those guys who is often shy and nervous about talking to beautiful women, but the ones I have met are really just that nice.

Great sorority, lots of sweet and beautiful girls. The negative rumors that often go around about these girls don't apply to the majority of them. Actually get to know these girls before you judge.

Active Kappa member here. Would like to say that aside from me blatantly posting about my sorority, I don't know one person in Kappa (or any other sorority) that self ranks. People don't self rank cause no one cares that much. Greek life at Michigan is VERY laid back. And these malicious posts seen on each page are ridiculous. That being said, my Kappa friends have made my first year amazing and I feel grateful for them. Ask any frat about us and they will back up the good statements seen here.

ok- I understand you keep getting attacked for going downhill BUT all this self ranking Kappa has done lately is getting embarrassing. No one believes girls in other sororities wrote what they did on the earlier posts below about your sorority. Just stop.

These girls are so much fun to be around! I always see them walking around campus together and having a ton of fun, I remember girls in my rush line would scream when they got asked back to Kappa. They mix with the top frats and are pg partners with Phi Psi this upcoming year. I'm happy with the house I'm in but KKG was on the top of my list for as long as they invited me back. People stereotype them as rich/snobby but they're some of the nicest girls on campus and never flaunt money/clothes/etc

Kappa was BY FAR my favorite place to rush. I am in another house but Kappa was my #1 all the way through rush. I have tons of friends in Kappa and they're very well rounded and nice. Their rich/snobby stereotype applies to very few of them. I can genuinely say that Kappa is the classiest sorority on campus. Mix with the best frats and switch between Phi Psi and Theta Chi as pregame partners.

Obviously a top house with very attractive girls, but seems to be really going down hill. There is an exclusivity feel around them where they appear to outsiders as super into themselves and not open to new people and things. But they seem to have a lot of fun and always rock the blue on blue!
