Alpha Phi - ΑΦ Sorority at University of Michigan Ann Arbor - UM 1.7 If you haven’t read the letter written by their former recruitment chair about the disgustingly shallow and superficial process their nationals forces them to follow... give it a read. There’s no doubt this house will be kicked off campus soon. And absolutely no doubt their upcoming class will be filled with legacies and Trent sisters. I knew recruitment was messed up but theirs is straight out of a movie. Overall demoralizing, and pathetic. Any girl in this house should be absolutely ashamed. Ashamed they are associated with such a disgraceful body of women. Ashamed they went through recruitment thinking their process was the least bit normal.. In terms of values, not sure how they can argue they have any sort of values or morals, clearly those are required to be tossed out the window upon joining the sorority. I can’t wait to see the nations response to this letter.

An Anonymous google doc that reads like a great fictional novel about sorority recruitment. But go ahead and be judge and jury if it makes you feel better about yourself.

All they care about is social climbing and being the hottest sorority. They kiss every guy on campuses ass but are so mean and put other girls down. If you want to be cool join phi, but if you care about genuine relationships and being happy with yoursrlf stay far away

Alpha Phi - ΑΦ Sorority at University of Michigan Ann Arbor - UM 3.0 Phis are typically beautiful and wealthy but the problem is their attitude. Super snobby as a general chapter. There are obviously good ones that make the chapter redeemable but as a whole these girls are very unfriendly. Their PC17 even had problems internally with cliques and exclusions. They basically think they’re above everyone else. KKG, AXO, DDD, & SK are more fun to hang out with. Feels more genuine.
