Although greek students are the minority, they seem to dominate the social scene on campus, and when you go to a party or bar, the people you meet are most likely going to be part of greek life. Although there are many social outlets on campus outside greek life, joining a fraternity or a sorority comes with amazing opportunities, experiences, and friendships you might not get otherwise.

People here are well connected, so expect to know someone before you come to rush. Frats haze anywhere from hard (to the point of getting kicked off campus) or not at all, pledge and find out.
