Sigma Chi - ΣΧ Fraternity at University of Michigan Ann Arbor - UM 1.0 The Sig Chi house is old and in bad condition. There is mold and a funky smell in the rooms. They filled the basement with water for a pool party and ruined the foundation. Occasionally they clean it up but most of the time it is a dirty disgusting mess. Just so you know if you plan on rushing because you would have to live there for a year. Some like these conditions so it is ok if you do.
