Sigma Alpha Epsilon - ΣΑΕ Fraternity at University of Michigan Ann Arbor - UM 4.0 Best house on campus until they got in trouble a few years ago. Supposedly other top houses despise them because they are still up there even though they were punished by IFC. Just a matter of time.

Sigma Alpha Epsilon - ΣΑΕ Fraternity at University of Michigan Ann Arbor - UM 3.8 Realistically this is undoubtedly a top-tier fraternity, but probably won't be in a few years. Their past few pledge classes have been subpar to say the least, and being out of IFC and hence no pregame partners is going to hurt. Still one of the top 3, but mostly because of tradition.
