Threw two huge joint parties this month one with sig and another with feej which were crazy fun and all sororities invited. Guys here throw down real hard without a doubt. I would say they're top-middle tier along with pike fiji and aepi

Other then winterfest and pregames, Psi U is pretty much average in every sense of the word. probably up at the top of the middle tier in the same arena as sig ep, they pull in decent sororities and got skrappa for pregame next year after fiji passed on them... Psi U is a solid house, nothing more and nothing less.

Fun late nights all the time and everyone thought they were going to lose the house, but they didn't and apparently they aren't. Best location and well built house in my opinion

Parties are a lot of fun, and they guys are very fun and know how to hold a conversation unlike many other frat boys. They also fixed up their house a lot which is a HUGE plus on their part because the first floor bathroom and basement used to be terrible. Their pledge class this year especially is very close and attractive, and my sorority loves them.

Psi U is a good frat, but they tend to be overrated. They did a great job this year of dealing with social probation, which they just got off of, but they are already in trouble with ifc again for winterfest.
