Phi Kappa Psi - ΦΚΨ Fraternity at University of Michigan Ann Arbor - UM 4.6 the only tier 1 house that seems to have stayed in tact. there really isn't a distinct top 3 like there used to be, but it seems that PKP is the only one of those 3 to still be distinctly better. hard to do with no house
