Phi Kappa Psi - ΦΚΨ Fraternity at University of Michigan Ann Arbor - UM 1.0 these guys are falling fast. Use to be the top house on campus, but now dont even throw parties. Its a shame. I have legacy there but didnt want a bid because i wanted to join a house that will still be top tier in 2 years. These guys are pathetic
