Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at University of Michigan Ann Arbor - UM 3.4 Honestly everyone knows where Phi Delt stands. They have some really cool guys but like Zeus said on the discussion page a few "goobers." They are a solid upper middle tier fraternity on par with Chi Phi and just below Chi Psi

Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at University of Michigan Ann Arbor - UM 4.8 No they're not "top tier" but screw top tier. They legitimately don't give a crap about a rankings or what people think of them. Not only are they they most fun, down-to-earth guys I've met, but they respect women, and actually want to make friends rather than just bang. Also, all this crap about them being a "dry house." Hah if you've ever been to the house you'll know that's far from true. Also they clearly have the prettiest house on campus that they actually take care. Couldgoonbunomoreroom
