Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at University of Michigan Ann Arbor - UM 4.4 Great upper middle frat. These guys are so easy to hold a conversation with and are some of the nicest guys I have met at umich. Not to mention the fact they have insane tailgates and really know how to have a good late night rager.

Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at University of Michigan Ann Arbor - UM 3.6 I honestly don't understand why these guys are an upper-mid tier frat. They don't throw down nearly as much as other frats in the same tier. They just rely on their date parties, which aren't that common, and occasional late nights. That said, the guys in Phi Delt are on the whole pretty nice, but the fall PC definitely had some very weird looking dudes, who were really awkward with me and my friends the couple times we went. These guys should be mid-tier at best.

Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at University of Michigan Ann Arbor - UM 4.6 Upper-middle tier. Sweet and cute boys. They definitely don't give off the stereotypical "frat douchy" vibe that a lot of fraternities do. Most Phi Delts are liked by greeks, GDIs, and IFC. Nice house, they keep it clean. Follow the rules so they never are on so pro. They mix with a lot of the same sororities that Chi Phi and Theta Xi do. Never felt unsafe at their parties and one phi delt walked my friend when she got to drunk. Love the new PC. Keep it classy Phi Delt <3

Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at University of Michigan Ann Arbor - UM 5.0 Went to their mixer last week and these guys are definitely really fun to be around. They're all pretty cute too. I couldn't find any of my friends to walk back with at 1 in the morning and a pledge willingly walked me back . Been to a lot of parties and this was a first. Some really great guys.
