Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at University of Michigan Ann Arbor - UM 4.4 Great upper middle frat. These guys are so easy to hold a conversation with and are some of the nicest guys I have met at umich. Not to mention the fact they have insane tailgates and really know how to have a good late night rager.

Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at University of Michigan Ann Arbor - UM 3.6 I honestly don't understand why these guys are an upper-mid tier frat. They don't throw down nearly as much as other frats in the same tier. They just rely on their date parties, which aren't that common, and occasional late nights. That said, the guys in Phi Delt are on the whole pretty nice, but the fall PC definitely had some very weird looking dudes, who were really awkward with me and my friends the couple times we went. These guys should be mid-tier at best.
