Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at University of Michigan Ann Arbor - UM 2.2 Can't drink at their house; guys are awkward and a few are creepy; their pregame house is too small. Could be great if you could drink there... alas, an alcohol-less frat is an oxymoron. Sorry.

Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at University of Michigan Ann Arbor - UM 3.4 Honestly they are rising because of there pledge class. They arent close to top tier yest but they do mix with middle tier to upper middle tier girls. The frosh and sophs are cute and idk about the upperclassmen. I think they are pretty good

Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at University of Michigan Ann Arbor - UM 2.4 Not taken seriously by most sororities. Mix of Geeds and fratlings and its hard to find one that you can actually talk to. Huge house that is rarely used and these kids certainly don't know how to handle their "aquifina." But atleast their better than the bottom tier freakshows.
