Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at University of Michigan Ann Arbor - UM 3.8 Could easily be solid middle tier but really need to work on throwing a good party. The new house on east u is not fun, and at the chapter house mixers theres lots of awkward milling around in a well lit basement with nothing happening but beer pong. Once the pregame ends it seems like nothing ever really gets going downstairs. They also stopped mixing with some middle sororities which is really not doing them any favors. Step up that game and you guys could be one of the best.

Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at University of Michigan Ann Arbor - UM 4.6 Yes they're middle tier but of the middle tier they're definitely one of my favorites - mixing with them is fun, the guys are pretty good looking, but best of all they're SOCIAL. Other middle tiers just stand around and don't really talk to you. These guys are fun and all of my sisters like them too.
