Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at University of Michigan Ann Arbor - UM 4.2 Upper mid for sure. Nice house but they don't party in it cause they're dry. But they have a nice other house that they use for tailgates and parties and they have a good time. Nice guys.

Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at University of Michigan Ann Arbor - UM 4.4 they have one of the nicest houses on campus, bunch of guys who are nice/easy to talk to. had some great parties at 833 during welcome week. definitely one of my favorite frats

Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at University of Michigan Ann Arbor - UM 4.4 Threw one of the best tailgates last saturday. They're fun and easy to talk to and definitely know how to party. Are they top tier? No. But the boys still have a good time and I'll definitely come by the house again next saturday.
