Usually dirty and parties aren't big since their social life with sororities isn't strong. They'll say they are up and coming, but recent pledge classes aren't showing any change. Stagnant house at the bottom.

Lambda Chi Alpha - ΛΧΑ Fraternity at University of Michigan Ann Arbor - UM 4.0 I love Lambda Chi. These are the type of guys that you can just have a fun night with. Obviously they're not top tier but I also think they're pretty underrated. They are extremely friendly gentlemen. Spend a night there and I guarantee your mind will change about them. They're pretty small right now but I think in a few years they'll start moving up quickly.

Lambda Chi Alpha - ΛΧΑ Fraternity at University of Michigan Ann Arbor - UM 3.6 I love these boys. They are known as the "Gentleman's Frat" and there is a reason for that. I have never felt this comfortable at any other fraternity. These boys are inviting, kind, and classy. You will find your husband in this frat.
