Known around campus as genuinely nice guys. Girls keep going back because they have a good time and feel safe. Could chill a bit with the self ranking but this house is on the up and up.

Post-merger Lambda-Phi is amazing. Guys are smart, respectful, strong brotherhood. PC cool and fun. Sad how some hate on Lambda for no reason other than jealousy.

Mad much, bro? The haters in IFC continue to beat down on Lambda for rising so fast with the Phi Delt merger. Phi Delt is better than ever running Lambda and the IFC looks foolish now.

Had a lot of fun there last year despite them being on the bottom, they were nice and were our friends go to frat to have a good time without having to be scared of creeps. Now that the house is run by phi delts we can't get in to their parties which is weird because they're empty and a poor excuse of a party anyway. They don't know their place and it's sad.

Here's the truth. IFC haters' minds are blown by Phi Delt continuing in Lambda like nothing happened after being kicked so they hate on them in rankings. For real their tailgate is awesome, guys are fun, respectful and smart. IFC was super stupid for kicking them when they were doing the right things and far better than most. So haters get a life and worry about your own insecure loser frat. Phi Delt doesn't need tiers 'cuz we love them.

lambda has really been bashing other mids recently on here, any rank that has them lower than right next to chi phi there's bound to be someone crying in the comments about how DU or xi is purposely drop ranking Lambda when in reality they can't get around the fact that maybe they're not as good as they think they are. There's also one anon kid who keeps talking lambda up in different threads with the same really bad grammar and its kinda funny to read lmao
