phi delt is way better in lambda's house than their og house. they threw some bangers before, but always had to pretend to be alcohol free and worried about their national catching them. now they are off the national's chain and firmly in control of lambda, so winter semester will determine their true ranking. phi delt may surprise by making big moves.

seems like lambda has piped down a little bit since they were getting a ton of hate on here in the last month or so for self ranking a lot. Seems like they're more comfortable accepting their position as a solid mid tier frat, equivalent to that of DTD (but a little higher). Nice ish guys who wish they still had the phi delt castle but don't unfortunately, and that's a huge bummer. I'd hate to be an OG phi delt knowing that Phi Psi's are absolutely destroying my house this year, can't help but feel bad for em.

anyone who cannot admit the fact that the phi delt takeover made "lambda" relevant and rising fast is just a desperate mid frat not wanting to lose their ranking. it's so sad that jealous mids feel they have to bash phi delt by associating it with lambda's past status which they had nothing to do with. we luv phi delt.

I'd argue DTD is doing better right now bc they don't have to deal with the merger bs i've heard going on in your house for the last two months. Take a fckn seat

they put up a polite prep boy front, but I overheard a bunch of them saying some pretty awful things about girls in DG and ADPI. They're probably the ones who are sitting on greekrank all day bashing DG this past week too. Try acting nice to women for once
