Delta Upsilon - ΔΥ Fraternity at University of Michigan Ann Arbor - UM 4.2 Their older guys from before the new house are weird and not attractive but the freshman and sophomores are super fun and a few are really cute. Even though they don't mix with everyone their open parties are always great. When the older guys are out gone and a few more good pledge classes they can be top tier. Plus adorable frat hound.

Delta Upsilon - ΔΥ Fraternity at University of Michigan Ann Arbor - UM 1.0 Rushed this place a little bit cause they had one decent Welcome Week party... but after joining a better fraternity, I've realized just how fake this place is. All the things they told me during rush were total BS. You wish you mixed with Skrappa, Kappa and AXO. It's nothing but a bunch of self-promoters who live in a fixed up house

We don't mix with them, but they definitely got a couple cute freshman and their house is going to be the place to be eventually..

Delta Upsilon - ΔΥ Fraternity at University of Michigan Ann Arbor - UM 3.6 Their party last weekend put them on the map, as well as their fall pledge class. Girls like them because their house is nice and the guys aren't as creepy. Gonna be on the rise this semester for sure.
