Delta Sigma Phi - ΔΣΦ Fraternity at University of Michigan Ann Arbor - UM 1.8 Haven't thrown any parties yet and only mixed with bottom tier sorroites at clubs because they don't have a house yet. They're taking PRA's house next year, which is way past Alpha sig's. Apparently mixed with ADPi but that was only because DKE let them tag along. Fairly irrelevant

Delta Sigma Phi - ΔΣΦ Fraternity at University of Michigan Ann Arbor - UM 2.4 Got shut down like 15 years ago and just recolonized. Definitely cooler than most chapters when they recolonize, but they still haven't thrown any opens yet, only mixers. Not sure if they will pick up any of the Sig guys, but that could help or hurt them

Delta Sigma Phi - ΔΣΦ Fraternity at University of Michigan Ann Arbor - UM 2.4 Used to be top house before they got shut down in 2002 and just got rechartered this year. Haven't done anything this year, but they should be growing. I heard they got a huge house that they'll be in next year.

Delta Sigma Phi - ΔΣΦ Fraternity at University of Michigan Ann Arbor - UM 4.4 While they're new, they are making good moves already. Had a good rush. Set up a good social schedule and have a great group of brothers. House next year will be a big help.
