Chi Psi - ΧΨ Fraternity at University of Michigan Ann Arbor - UM 1.8 Generally okay guys to talk to, but they're parties are just that - talking. No ones having fun, they just stand around awkwardly trying to pour drinks down girls throats. Especially bad for an org already on suspension.
