Chi Phi - ΧΦ Fraternity at University of Michigan Ann Arbor - UM 4.2 Chi Phi is a mix of types of guys that like to throw down and get dirty. Looking at the seniors and juniors the guys are pretty weird but it seems like this year's PCs made up for it. They are up and coming consistently reaching out to "higher" sororities. The next year will decide where they will stand. Currently upper middle tier.
