Chi Phi - ΧΦ Fraternity at University of Michigan Ann Arbor - UM 4.2 These guys and sigep dominate the middle tier. Throw good open parties and late nights. Occasionally mix with upper tier sororities. Nice house, but a bit dirty.

Chi Phi - ΧΦ Fraternity at University of Michigan Ann Arbor - UM 4.0 Between Top and Middle Tier (top 6-8): Sigep, Chi phi, Sammy (no particular order). All three have their fans / haters but you can't go wrong with any of the three. Great welcome week parties too!
