For some reason going around hating on other pages. Decent middle tier, some brothers are sketchy. we dont mix often but have fun when we do. not a great pc

A group of guys with great brotherhood. They've got a mix of all different types of guys but are all really chill and nice. They don't really care about their rep but still throw great parties. Definitely top middle tier and rising

I've been hooking up with a boy in Chi Phi and getting to know the brothers and PC. Some of the smartest (and cutest) guys on campus, a lot of engineers ($$$). Super nice and a house that was built for parties. Honestly should be a top tier fraternity.

They truly are the chill frat. My friend and I went a little worried since they weren't considered "top tier" had the most fun all year. Hot guys. Solid PC. What more could you ask for?

Imma give my honest opinion. Chi Phi's are cool dudes, a little bit of a mix of people, but cool none the less. People that are posting 1.5/5's? What? That literally provides nothing to the conversation other than lowering their rank by a fraction of a percent so nice work. I'm rushing there with three of by friends next semester and would recommend this house to anyone looking to do the same.
