Chi Phi - ΧΦ Fraternity at University of Michigan Ann Arbor - UM 3.6 I have been to a bunch of their parties and late nights. They are usually a chill place to go. Known as the chill pit. Lots of the guys tend to drink too much and pass out before the night is over. They always have maybe 2 huge parties per semester. They are No SAE but they are maybe top of the mid? all in all its a fun place

Chi Phi - ΧΦ Fraternity at University of Michigan Ann Arbor - UM 4.4 On par with sig ep but not phi psi/figi. Best house on campus until sae is rebuilt. Don't get the kappas and tridelts but mix with everyone else.
