Chi Phi - ΧΦ Fraternity at University of Michigan Ann Arbor - UM 3.2 Throw pretty great late nights. Nothing special but their house is cool and they're pretty well known around campus. I'd probably put them just above phi delt, and just below chi psi/alpha sig. I hope their tailgates are still hopping this year without a PGP

Chi Phi - ΧΦ Fraternity at University of Michigan Ann Arbor - UM 1.0 Chi Phi isn't cool anymore! Better replaced them with phi delt in all the rankings, phi delt did better in mudbowl too lol. I'm guessing all the high school studs are gonna rush other houses now like phi delt or phi delt. I heard chi phi is losing their house and phi delts house is becoming wet again. Phi delt will be top tier by next year easily. Just a reminder to any girls and potential rushes reading this, that phi delt is now cool. Plz remember this. Important.
