all I have to say is that there used to be some incredibly hot dilfs in this frat. Seriously though, they just were out of this world. They weren’t hot for frat standards, but they were just dilf-vibes hot. There still are some dilfs, but they’re not as good as what it used to be.

Nice guys, good brotherhood, but that's it. TBH they've been sitting at the lower mid spot of frats at umich for the past couple years from what I've seen. Only way they could genuinely rise is if they recruit a couple of strong pcs. And by the looks of when I rushed them, they definitely didn't have one of those in the fall, and probably not for the winter either. Nice guys though. Probably the best brotherhood out of every lower mid frat, but that's their only redeeming quality.

Chapter is super sweet. I wish they threw more parties, I always feel safe and comfortable here while also having a good time.
