Beta Theta Pi - ΒΘΠ Fraternity at University of Michigan Ann Arbor - UM 4.2 This would be such a cool frat if they had more events at their main house. Biggest and nicest frat house I’ve ever been in—interior is very 90s; you can tell that it was probably the coolest frat at umich 20 years ago.

Beta Theta Pi - ΒΘΠ Fraternity at University of Michigan Ann Arbor - UM 4.2 all I have to say is that there used to be some incredibly hot dilfs in this frat. Seriously though, they just were out of this world. They weren’t hot for frat standards, but they were just dilf-vibes hot. There still are some dilfs, but they’re not as good as what it used to be.
