i admit these guys are kind of douchey and stuck up......but the rating systems do not say how little of personalities they have, all five of the questions asked this frat deserves 4s and 5s, or at least 3s. These boys are exactly what Senators probably looked/acted like in college. they are all very preppy and definitely considered top tier. I think why their parties aren't as fun as SAEs and other frats is because they're kind of exclusive, even for girls, which isn't cool. their objectives for the night are pretty much to find a girl to stay with for 'the night.' BEST pre games though, the location is amazing and the ledge is legendary.

The new pledge class is super hot! They are definitely moving up in the ranks!! All of the girls seem like they actually like each is amazing, they also seem really down to earth. They party hard but keep it classy. Great girls.

haha there are just no words for theta. It is true, you cant deny that thetas are beautiful, like not even just hot but strikingly gorgeous. at the same time though, you just know a girl is a theta when you see/meet her for so many reasons. theta girls are also so cliquey. like maybe if you were in it you would like the girls better, but any outsiders and its like theta girls dont even see you. (Unless you're in AEPi or ZBT...then they might see you.) but otherwise, popular sorority, you'll probably want to rush theta if you're from the east coast (NY or NJ) you'll find a lot of other people from there too. Or LA. ohhh theta, such a unique sorority at UM.....

Easily top frat on campus. These guys crushed the pathetic overated kicked off campus SAE kids in mudbowl. They love to drink and throw great parties. I felt totally welcome at their house and they provided tons of booze. They are all classy and pretty diverse: I met a some engineers and a few kids in ross too. They had hot group of girls over when I was there not sure if they were sorority or not but didn't matter. Oh yeah, and best pre games around.
