Does well with freshman girls because of dance room. After that girls realize pike is not the place to be and so do a lot of their brothers.

Geeds. No where near this ranking. Really nice guys just not meant to be in a fraternity. But we go to michigan...so they think they are in one.

No where near this ranking. Taking advantage of PKA and Psi U misfortunes. Bottom tear, not fun, and will remain there

Would've thrown them a top tier but probably a year out from that. Probation has hurt them but could take over Greek life next year if they aren't dumb asses and open up their house. Still number 4 socially

Best house currently. Let's see how long they can keep it up. Pledge classes getting worse. Probably gone in a few once nationals realizes they aren't trying to fix past mistakes.

Fun time. A lot of hype around them. Probably too much because their house sucks. Still 2nd to SAE but falling without a main house

Do well not sure why. Kinda fun but have capitalized on SAE fallout from 08'

Their girls are nice and they always get along. Sometimes their pc12 can get sloppy but that was mostly last semester. Overall they are classy and fun and their pcs get better and better each year.

Shady is simply underrated. I tend to have fun, but it's usually not the classiest place to be. Some of the guys are so respectful it makes their namesake deadly ironic. Some, admittedly, have growing up to do, but overall one of my faves. Check it out!

Seems to be a place that has an allure that is not warranted on anything. "Sammy" is almost fun, until you stop pregaming and actually go to their house, and then inevitably ask yourself, 'why did I think I was going to have fun?' I really can't figure it out. They can't talk to girls, and only freshman girls bother to talk to them. Apparently they're house gets along well together though.
