It's funny to me how every other frat on greekrank gets rated based on hotness/parties only, then suddenly people pick on SigEp for not having a brotherhood because they don't have a pledge term. It's only fair that you rate SigEp for their social life too. They throw top-tier level pregames and mix with above-average sororities, but they aren't too big on open parties. There's your unbiased rating, have a nice day.

House is garbage, but the guys are chill and the parties are good. Their reputation for being Shady is completely invalid.
