It honestly doesn't matter that they are off campus, they still managed to get a great pledge class. Rumor has it they'll be back on campus some time next year anyways. Not allowed to have a pregame partner but doesn't matter because tri delt chose pike simply to be next to SAE. These guys still manage to out party everyone despite being off campus. Looking forward to the pit next year with SAE and Theta Chi plus Pike for pregames!

Actually one of the better fraternities on campus. Really nice hilarious guys, always down for a good time. A solid notch above Deke and even SigEp. Do a lot of philanthropy with top sororities too. Hope they ask us to pregame!

Not taken seriously by most sororities. Mix of Geeds and fratlings and its hard to find one that you can actually talk to. Huge house that is rarely used and these kids certainly don't know how to handle their "aquifina." But atleast their better than the bottom tier freakshows.

Along with the other "better" houses on campus they have a lot of pretty girls but tend to be sweeter than a lot of sororities. Mix with the same 5 frats as the other 4 good houses and don't really have a distinctive rep

Don't know why they're still top tier. Their new house sucks and at all of our mixers the guys just stand around talking to themselves
