From what I can tell a very good "fraternity". By that I mean good at athletics, strong brotherhood, and very fun parties. They have done very well for themselves this year, I like these boys.

Easily was and still is the best frat on campus. Best house, hottest dudes, and solid pledge classes across the board. From a girls perspective they are the most fun house to party at despite some guys are ridiculous. Doesn't seem to matter they are off campus, I'll always go back.

Can't drink at their house; guys are awkward and a few are creepy; their pregame house is too small. Could be great if you could drink there... alas, an alcohol-less frat is an oxymoron. Sorry.
