Its good to see pike falling from high up on the list. They are in no way one of the best frats on campus. All the guys there are creepy and who joined pike just so they can stand around with other creeps at parties and look at girls asses. I have no idea why we are pregame partners next year, no one in my pc would ever pick pike over any other fraternity.

The last few comments have been from a bunch of angry feeds or pikes. Phi Psi is the best house on campus, everyone knows that. Just ask any tier 1 sorority girl. Their chapter house is small but it does not matter, no one is ever there. Their junior house is great for parties and you can go crazy there because there are no regulations. Not to mention that they had the best fall and winter pledge class this year. Im in a top sorority and I only go out when we mix with phi psi.

The girls get along well, which you don't hear about much in any other sororities. They aren't all gorgeous, but are good. The frats they mix with are only ok, but could be better.

Been there a couple times. The sobers aren't douches to others and neither are the brothers. Last couple of pledge classes have been strong. Not the frattiest guys, but know how to throw down.
