As someone who parties with Phi quite a bit I can assure you they are one of the most fun sororities who show up to rage, so what if they throw up or pass out, top tier fraternities are sick of other sororities showing up to parties and sitting in corners taking pictures. Phi knows how to party, don't penalize them for that.

Honestly they are rising because of there pledge class. They arent close to top tier yest but they do mix with middle tier to upper middle tier girls. The frosh and sophs are cute and idk about the upperclassmen. I think they are pretty good

Other then winterfest and pregames, Psi U is pretty much average in every sense of the word. probably up at the top of the middle tier in the same arena as sig ep, they pull in decent sororities and got skrappa for pregame next year after fiji passed on them... Psi U is a solid house, nothing more and nothing less.

House is kinda small but doesn't stop them from throwing great parties. They had freaking absolut at their last party. Good mix of guys, really chill. Not like some of the other frat douches we mix with that try to get in your pants. We haven't mixed with them yet this year but hoping to plan something!
